This policy describes how MM Farland Inc., doing business as Farland Capital, handles information in connection with Farland Capitalfinance.com and the Farland Capital Options Academy. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@Farland Capitalfinance.com.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide when creating an account, enrolling, completing coursework, taking assessments, submitting a trading-plan capstone, requesting support, requesting free educational resources, or otherwise using the Academy. This can include email address, account identifiers, course progress, assessment results, submitted educational content, and support communications.

Website and funnel analytics

Farland Capital uses limited first-party analytics to understand public page visits and the path visitors take through the site, such as viewing an educational guide, visiting Pricing, creating an account, or starting enrollment. We may record the page path, referring page, campaign parameters, an anonymous browser identifier, and event time. This system is designed to minimize data collection and does not require us to store full payment-card information.

Educational email requests

If you voluntarily request a free resource or educational update, we store the email address and basic source/campaign information needed to provide and evaluate that request. You may ask us to stop educational communications by contacting support@Farland Capitalfinance.com.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Farland Capital does not need to store full payment-card numbers. We also use service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain their services.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure accounts, grant and verify Academy access, save progress, administer assessments and certificates, process enrollment, provide requested educational resources, understand site performance, provide support, detect misuse, maintain records, comply with applicable obligations, and improve the Academy.

Retention and security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, course records, payment and accounting records, marketing requests, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information concerning certain uses of personal information. Requests should be sent to the support address above and may require identity verification. Farland Capital does not sell personal information for money.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Academy, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
