These Terms govern use of the Farland Capital website and Farland Capital Options Academy, provided by MM Farland Inc., doing business as Farland Capital. By creating an account or using the Academy, you agree to these Terms.

Educational service only

Farland Capital provides educational content concerning options, markets, portfolio risk, and trading process. The Academy does not provide individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and does not promise investment results. You remain responsible for your own brokerage approvals, suitability determinations, account risks, taxes, and investment decisions.

Accounts and permitted use

Academy access is personal to the enrolled account. You may not share credentials, reproduce or redistribute substantial course content, resell access, scrape the service, circumvent progression or security controls, or use the site unlawfully. Farland Capital may suspend access for fraud, abusive credential sharing, security threats, chargeback fraud, or material violations of these Terms.

Payments and access

Enrollment fees and the applicable 14-day Refund Policy are disclosed before purchase. Access is activated only after payment is successfully verified. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, associated Academy access may be suspended or revoked, subject to applicable law.

Course completion

Certificates document completion of Farland Capital's educational curriculum and internal mastery requirements only. They are not licenses, professional designations, regulatory qualifications, investment-adviser registrations, broker approvals, or authorizations to manage assets or provide regulated services.

Changes and availability

Markets, laws, products, platform interfaces, and investment conditions change. Farland Capital may update educational content, features, and course structure. We do not warrant that every example or interface remains current indefinitely or that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
